By signing below, I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of my travel costs and/or require more money to correct the situation.

I also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred.

I understand that by not purchasing travel insurance as offered to me, I may be exposed to financial losses, including but not limited to:

- the cost of my trip if I must cancel,

- the unknown costs of trip interruption and travel delay,

- additional single supplement cost if I choose to still travel if my traveling companion cancels,

- out of city, state, country or province medical care expenses.
